Additionally, we perform in line checks with inspection personnel and equipment at each step of the process, and electrical check and characteristic tests prior to shipping in order to ensure product quality. We will check the specification and provide you with a price quote and lead time.<\/p>\n<div class=\"box_point\">\n<p><span class=\"bold\">POINT<\/span><br \/>It&#8217;s OK if you are still roughing out the specifications and cannot yet provide concrete specifications. According to your needs, our technical staff will propose materials, layer composition, construction, specifications and so on. As a first step, please feel free to contact us.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/dd>\n<\/dl>\n<dl>\n<dt><span>2<\/span>After ordering, please send us your PWB design data (Gerber data)<\/dt>\n<dd>\n<p>Based on the Gerber data you have sent, our technical staff will perform a check in accordance with our design rules, and propose changes where necessary.<\/p>\n<div class=\"box_point\">\n<p><span class=\"bold\">POINT<\/span><br \/>For customers who would like us to do the pattern design, we will propose to have this work done by one of our partner companies. Please feel free to discuss this option with us.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/dd>\n<\/dl>\n<dl>\n<dt><span>3<\/span>After checking the design data, upon your approval we will start manufacturing.<\/dt>\n<dd>\n<p>Manufacturing is done with a line that implements regular checks as part of its process control.
