Procurement of Materials
Lincstech’s Green Procurement Guidline states that we will resolve environmental issues through social innovation projects that are co-created with our stakeholders to both improve quality of life and realize a sustainable society.
The Procurement Division is working on environmental measures, a major theme for the future, through the proactive use of materials and components with low environmental impact. Needless to say, the cooperation of our suppliers is essential in carrying out these activities.
We are aware of our social responsibility as a corporation, and we are aiming to develop sustainably together with our suppliers through fair and transparent processes and purchasing activities that take people and the environment into consideration.
Procurement Policy
Lincstech Group complies with laws and social codes, and promotes procurement operations with social responsibilities in business activities aimed at realizing our corporate missions and contributing to a sustainable society comprehensively.
This policy complements the group code of conduct, and applies to all executives and employees in the group. We also expect our suppliers to comply with this policy.

We work to build and enhance mutual understanding and trust with our suppliers, and aim for sound growth together. - Fairness and openness in selection of suppliers
We provide fair opportunities to all domestic and international companies, find optimal suppliers based on quality, service, reliability, delivery time, price, etc, to ensure fair competition and open selection in the process of finding suppliers. - Ensuring best quality / Pursuing competitive and fair price
We work to secure materials that meet the quality, reliability, and delivery along our requirement so that we provide our best products to customers. We also seek competitive and fair prices with our priorities on fairness and openness.
Moreover, we do not receive any personal benefits from business partners in procurement operations. - Active introduction of advanced technologies
We introduce materials with unique and innovative technologies actively to enhance competitiveness of our products significantly. - Ensuring appropriate delivery time and stable supply
We work to secure our stable procurement of materials with appropriate delivery time for our stable supply of products to customers. - Environmentally friendly procurement
We collaborate with suppliers to procure materials with minimum environmental impact so that we develop our environmentally friendly activities of production and supply based on the group environmental policy. - Respect for human rights / Consideration for working environment
We aim to perform our responsibilities of respecting human rights for all individuals involved in business activities along the group human rights policy, and also expect our suppliers to respect human rights and take care of occupational health and safety in their business activities. - Commitment to prudent procurement of minerals
We collaborate with suppliers to enhance prudent procurement of minerals from them in the entire supply chain, and avoid purchase of particular minerals such as tin, tantalum, tungsten, gold, and cobalt with potential risk of human rights violations including child labor, poor working conditions, environmental destruction, and corruptions in conflict or high-risk areas.
