01Total support where technical staff participate from the concept phase
Creative technical support staff with a wealth of knowledge of design, manufacturing and quality control participate from the customer’s concept phase. Our ability to provide speedy answers to customer concerns and provide total support from initial phases right through to mass production are among our strong appeal points. From design consultation to high variety/small lot prototyping to mass production, we have created a coherent system to support our customers.
02Product supply and overseas support to meet our customers’ needs
From short lead times to large orders, and from prototypes and high variety/small lot products to mass production, the ability to provide a stable supply of high quality printed wiring boards is yet another of Lincstech’s strengths. And with 5 manufacturing locations and additional partners in Japan and abroad, customers can, for example, work with us from product development in Japan to mass production overseas.
03Construction of a manufacturing flow that ensures high quality and low variation
We make even our prototypes using the actual production machines to minimize quality variation between prototypes and mass produced products. Additionally, we perform in line checks with inspection personnel and equipment at each step of the process, and electrical check and characteristic tests prior to shipping in order to ensure product quality. We have established a manufacturing flow that maintains high quality so we can provide our customers with printed wiring boards of stable quality they expect.
How to proceed with printed wiring board manufacture
- 1Please provide us with your PWB rough specification.

The first step is for you to provide our staff with a rough specification of your PWB. We will check the specification and provide you with a price quote and lead time.
POINT
It’s OK if you are still roughing out the specifications and cannot yet provide concrete specifications. According to your needs, our technical staff will propose materials, layer composition, construction, specifications and so on. As a first step, please feel free to contact us.
- 2After ordering, please send us your PWB design data (Gerber data)

Based on the Gerber data you have sent, our technical staff will perform a check in accordance with our design rules, and propose changes where necessary.
POINT
For customers who would like us to do the pattern design, we will propose to have this work done by one of our partner companies. Please feel free to discuss this option with us.
- 3After checking the design data, upon your approval we will start manufacturing.

Manufacturing is done with a line that implements regular checks as part of its process control. Quality assurance is done with inline checks, open/short and visual inspections, and other checks.
POINT
When we need to make prototypes, as a rule we use the mass production line. This allows us to faithfully implement any improvements made to the prototypes in the mass production parts.
