The Lincstech Group has formulated a Human Rights Policy and a Diversity Policy, and is committed to fulfilling our responsibility to respect human rights and to supporting the realization of a society in which human rights are respected.

Basic Approach to Human Rights

The Lincstech Group aims to fulfill our responsibility to respect human rights by not violating human rights and by addressing any negative impacts on human rights in our operations and dealings. Furthermore, we will work together to resolve social issues through genuine and constructive discussion between management and employees, based on the human rights standards stated in the International Bill of Human Rights, the International Labour Organization’s Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work, and the principles of the United Nations Global Compact.

Initiatives to Respect Human Rights

  • We will comply with international norms relating to human rights and support and respect the protection of human rights.
  • We will not be complicit in human rights violations.
    We respect the individuality and autonomy of workers and do not discriminate or treat any person unfavorably on the basis of their race, gender, illness or disability, nationality, ethnicity, religion, beliefs, or ideology.
  • We will comply with the labor laws and regulations of each country and region, and conduct our business activities without using forced labor or child labor.
  • We will prevent the incidence of harassment in the workplace and we will take prompt and appropriate action when harassment occurs.
  • We will comply with the health and safety laws and regulations of each country and region, and endeavor to provide a safe, comfortable, and pleasant working environment.
  • We will provide appropriate working conditions in accordance with the laws and regulations of each country and region, and we will respect workers’ rights to freedom of association and collective bargaining.
  • We will respect free and open discussion and aim to foster a culture of openness.
