  Announcement on change of ownership

  We would like to announce the signing of a share transfer agreement with a new shareholder on 26th December, 2024. Polaris Capital Group Co., Ltd. (PCG), which owns all shares of Lincstech Co., Ltd. (LTH) through the Polaris Private Equity Fund V, has concluded a share transfer agreement with a Taiwan-based PCB manufacturer, Global Brands Manufacture Ltd. (GBM). The change in ownership shall become effective in April, 2025 following the necessary contractual procedures between PCG and GBM.
