The Lincstech Group has formulated a Human Rights Policy, aiming to foster a corporate culture that respects human rights and values diversity. The policy supports international human rights norms, including the International Bill of Human Rights, the International Labour Organization (ILO) Core Principles, and the Ten Principles of the United Nations Global Compact, and promotes respect for and practice of these norms in all business activities.

The Lincstech Group aims to fulfill its responsibility to respect human rights by avoiding infringement on human rights and by appropriately addressing any negative impacts on human rights that may arise from our business activities or transactions.
Furthermore, through genuine and constructive dialogue between management and employees, we will cultivate a healthy corporate culture rooted in respect for human rights.
